DeMarcus Cousins or Anthony Davis: Which one of the Pelicans' twin towers makes the cut?
DeMarcus Cousins or Anthony Davis: Which one of the Pelicans' twin towers make the cut?

What a week 2 the NBA just had.

The Cleveland Cavaliers surprisingly lost three of their four games this week, only good for 10th in their conference. Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics, who received a huge loss with Gordon Hayward's injury on opening night, went 3-0 to improve their record to 4-2, good enough for second in the East.

In the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors started off the week strong with three straight wins. However, the comebacks needed to seal those games resulted in the team losing on Sunday. The unbeaten teams from last week - Houston Rockets, LA Clippers, San Antonio Spurs - all lost at least game.

As we look for more action and drama in November, let's take a look at the best player at each position in our this week's edition of Team of the Week:

#5 Center: Al Horford

Boston Celtics v Charlotte Hornets
Al Horford

Team Record: 3-0

Week averages: 17.3 points, 10.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists on 61.3% shooting

Kyrie Irving and the wings of the Celtics have stepped up for the team but an underrated reliable player for the team has been Al Horford. He didn't put up any flashy numbers but in three games, did a little bit of everything, not to mention efficiently.

His performance against the Bucks, in the team's second contest against them, was noteworthy. In 34 minutes, he contributed 27 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists while shooting 11-of-14 (78.5%) from the field and 4-of-5 (80%) from beyond the arc.

Brad Stevens' teams are not among those to play a lot of iso ball and Horford's passing an ball movement is a crucial part of the offense. He might not be an All-Star but his value to the team, as a seasoned calm veteran, is invaluable.
