Blazers beat Raptors, win sixth straight game

Washington, Nov 18 (IANS) The Portland Trail Blazers topped the Toronto Raptors 118-110 to extend the winning streak to six in NBA.

Power forward LaMarcus Aldridge and point guard Damian Lillard had 25 points each while Nicolas Batum contributed 24. The Blazers knocked down a season high 15 three pointers while the Raptors only had three Sunday, reports Xinhua.

The Blazers moved up to the second place of the strong Western Conference with a 8-2 record, trailing only to the San Antonio Spurs who have a 9-1 record.

Rudy Gay made a season high 30 points along with 10 rebounds for the Raptors and DeMar DeRozan had 29.

The Blazers would visit the Brooklyn Nets Monday.
