Carson Wentz Is LeBron's Favorite NFL Player To Watch
What's the story?
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz is LeBron James' favorite player to watch in the NFL.
In case you didn't know...
Wentz took his league-leading passing touchdown tally to 28 during Sunday's 31-3 destruction of the Chicago Bears.
The heart of the matter...
The extraordinary performance of the young quarterback has grasped the attention of not only the whole NFL world but also of King James as Wentz is his favorite player to watch in the NFL right now.
According to Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports Philadelphia "I've got three guys that I love watching play: Tom Brady, Antonio Brown mixed with Le'Veon Bell - they're on the same team so I get an opportunity to watch the same guys at the same time - and my favorite player right now is Carson Wentz," said the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar.
After a rather inconsistent rookie campaign, Wentz has taken an enormous leap forward in his development this season taking everybody by surprise and is now arguably considered the favorite to win the Most Valuable Player award this season.
What's next?
After making the above comments on the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback, LeBron and company took care of business in Philly by handing the Philadelphia 76ers their 8th loss of the season as the scoreboard read 113-91 in the favor of the Cavaliers.
After that game, Cleveland took care of business on the second night of a back-to-back against the Miami Heat on Tuesday. They are now on a nine-game streak with their next opponent being the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday night.
Author's take
LeBron has always been the center of attraction when it comes to any comment he makes on any subject or matter. Although he has stated before that he is a Dallas Cowboys fan, but after these comments, is he becoming a bandwagoner?
