Cavs make NBA Finals history against Warriors
The Cleveland Cavaliers needed to make a fast start against the Golden State Warriors and they did.
The Defending champion Cavaliers scored 49 points in the first quarter of Friday's game four in Cleveland – the most points in any quarter in NBA Finals history.
Trailing 3-0 in the series and with their backs against the wall, Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving and LeBron James stunned the sloppy Warriors, who found themselves down 49-33 heading into the second quarter.
Love led the way with 14 points for the Cavs and he was aided by Irving's 11 and eight points from James.
