Curry: History awaits Warriors, let's take care of business
Stephen Curry urged the Golden State Warriors to "take care of business" after moving to the brink of NBA Finals history with Wednesday's 118-113 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Steve Kerr's side went 3-0 up and can complete a historic 16-0 playoff record when they take to the Quicken Loans Arena court again on Friday.
With 26 points and 13 rebounds, Curry's contribution was significant and he wants to finish the job later this week.
"It's not in terms of 16-0 really and what that means historically – it's just that's what's in front of us," he said.
"We obviously know how hard it is to win a championship, what goes into it and how important each game is.
"He made some big shots and we made some big stops."

"Now that you can look ahead to Friday, all our focus is on that. We just want 16 wins, it doesn't matter how we get there, but now we're in this situation, why not take care of business?"
Kevin Durant, who led the way with 31 points, was eager to stay grounded ahead of what could be a decisive contest on Friday.
He said: "It's not over. Job's not done. Close-out games are always the toughest. As you heard from many players over the years how tough close-out games are.
"I've never been in this position, trying to close it out. I know how exciting it's going to be for us as a team."
