The duo of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jamal Murray couldn't save Canada's day at the 2024 Paris Olympics, losing 82-73 to France in the quarterfinal. Although SGA continued his streak of impressive performance at the Olympics, Murray couldn't break through on offense.

Canada didn't lose a pool game at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The strength of the team was clearly apparent despite Jamal Murray struggling. In three pool games, his shooting percentage never touched the 50% mark.
