Anthony Davis has established himself as a future Hall of Famer despite the fact that he has not yet turned 30. The LA Lakers star was the second-youngest player named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team.

Now in his 11th season, Davis has averaged 24.0 points per game, 10.3 rebounds per game, 2.4 assists per game, 1.4 steals per game, and 2.1 blocks per game while shooting 51.8% from the field in his career. Only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, and Bob Pettit have matched or exceeded Davis' scoring and rebounding averages. They last played in 1989, 1973, 1972, and 1965, respectively.

Davis is now in his fourth season as a member of the LA Lakers. As a member of the illustrious franchise, he has averaged 24.6 points per game, 9.6 rebounds per game, 3.1 assists per game, 1.3 steals per game, and 2.1 blocks per game while shooting 52.1% from the field.

How do Anthony Davis' stats compare to LA Lakers legends?

LA Lakers legend Kobe Bryant spent his entire 20-year career with the franchise. The five-time NBA champion averaged 25.0 points per game, 5.2 rebounds per game, 4.7 assists per game, 1.4 steals per game, and 0.5 blocks per game.

Magic Johnson, who has also won five championships, spent his entire 13-year career in Los Angeles. Magic averaged 19.5 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game, an NBA-record 11.2 assists per game, 1.9 steals per game, and 0.4 blocks per game.

Magic's teammate, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, averaged 24.6 points per game, 11.2 rebounds per game, 3.6 assists per game, 0.9 steals per game, and 2.6 blocks per game. Steals and blocks were not officially counted in the first four years of Abdul-Jabbar's career.

Jerry West and Elgin Baylor both spent their entire 14-year careers with the Lakers. West averaged 27.0 points per game, 5.8 rebounds per game, 6.7 assists per game, 2.6 steals per game, and 0.7 blocks per game. The latter two stats were only officially counted in his final season. Baylor averaged 27.4 points per game, 13.5 rebounds per game, and 4.3 assists per game, retiring before steals and blocks were officially counted.

Shaquille O'Neal is most well-known for his eight-year run as a Laker. Throughout his career, he averaged 23.7 points per game, 10.9 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, 0.6 steals per game, and 2.3 blocks per game.
