The basketball legend was released on a $1,500 bond with a no-contact order. Here's what Amar'e posted on his Instagram account shortly after his release:

"I could never see myself assaulting any person, especially my children," Stoudemire posted on his Instagram profile. "I respect, protect, and love my family, particularly my children. As a father, I ask for your grace as we secure our space and privacy."

Stoudemire allegedly hit one of his daughters after accusing her of being disrespectful to his mother during a phone call. The police report states that Stoudemire's daughter was hit in the jaw and was bleeding.

At the moment, there aren't many details regarding the situation. However, the former Phoenix Suns superstar is confident that he did nothing wrong and that the police investigation will prove that he's not guilty.
