The 3-time All-Star shares the last name with Brea Beal, a 22-year-old basketball star who plays for the University of South Carolina. Since they are both exceptional players, basketball fans think that they might be related.
While they do have the same last name, it doesn't appear that Brea and Bradley Beal are related.

Brea Beal, on the other hand, is a 6-foot-1 guard who plays for the South Carolina Gamecocks. Brea has been fantastic this season, leading her team to the NCAA Tournament Final Four.
While both Bradley and Brea are fantastic basketball players, they are not related. The Wizards star tweeted about Brea Beal in 2018, saying that he didn't know if they were related.
Aside from the tweet, it doesn't appear that the two have any kind of a relationship. Bradley, however, has four brothers: Brandon, Bruce, Byron and Bryon. Brea is the eldest child and has three brothers: Baker, Bakari and Baryn.

Both of the stars have been very popular lately. Unfortunately, the Wizards shooting guard has been trending mostly due to his postgame incident with hecklers. The incident took place on March 21, after the game against the Orlando Magic.
Brea Beal, on the other hand, had another fantastic performance for the Gamecocks. She scored 16 points and had seven rebounds, six assists and three steals on Monday night, leading her team to an 11-point victory over No. 2 Maryland.
The Gamecocks will face No. 2 Iowa in the Final Four and have a great chance of winning another title. Brea and her squad won the NCAA championship last year and need two more wins to defend the title.
Despite not being related, both Brea and Bradley Beal have achieved a lot of success in their respective careers.
