Derrick Isaiah Joe; known as Isaiah Joe; is an American professional basketball player. As of March 2025, he plays shooting guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder, wearing jersey number 11. Joe was born on July 2, 1999, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, U.S., to his parents, Derrick and Nicole Joe. He has two brothers, Jacob and Jon Joe as per his college profile.

Joe was selected as the 49th overall pick in the second round of the 2020 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers. On December 27, 2020, he made his NBA debut for the 76ers against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Joe played in 96 games, averaging 3.7 points and one rebound per game as per Sports Reference. After playing from 2020 to 2022 for the 76ers, he signed with the Thunder in October 2022. Isaiah Joe attended the University of Arkansas and played collegiate basketball for the Arkansas Razorbacks men's basketball team, known as the Hogs. During his freshman season, Joe was ranked fourth in NCAA history for making 113 3-pointers by a freshman. On December 1, 2018, he was named the SEC Player of the Week after scoring 34 points and making 10 out of 13 3-pointers against FIU Panthers, as per his college roster. In 2019, he was named to the SEC All-Freshman team. Joe was named the 2020 USBWA All-District VII during his sophomore season. During his two-year collegiate career, Joe scored a total of 910 points, made 103 assists, and grabbed 201 rebounds in 60 games, as per his college profile. On August 17, 2020, Joe declared for the 2020 NBA Draft, forgoing his remaining college eligibility.
