Larsa Pippen and Ja Morant show support to Scotty Pippen Jr.'s 'silence' and 'success' message after career night

Scotty Pippen Jr. shared a thoughtful post on Instagram following his stellar performance in the Memphis Grizzlies' 142-131 victory over the Chicago Bulls at the United Center on Saturday. Pippen Jr. achieved a new career-high in points at the very arena where his father, Scottie Pippen, carved out a legendary legacy with the Bulls.

The Grizzlies point guard showcased his all-around brilliance against the Eastern Conference team, finishing with 30 points, 10 assists and two rebounds. He was incredibly efficient, shooting 13 of 16 from the field, including 3 of 6 from beyond the arc.

After making headlines with his standout performance, the young guard shared a post on Instagram and paired with a succinct and meaningful caption.

"Work in silence and let your success be the noise," Pippen Jr. wrote.

Meanwhile, Scottie Pippen, the six-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls and father of the Grizzlies’ point guard, echoed his son’s Instagram caption by sharing the same line on X (formerly Twitter).

Scotty Pippen Jr. was thrilled after delivering the best performance of his young career at an arena and against a team that holds a significant place in his father Scottie Pippen’s storied legacy.

Pippen Jr. shared the message he received from his dad before stepping onto the court to face the Chicago Bulls.

"It's a dream come true. It's crazy to say I put up 30 and 10 in the gym where my dad had played," Pippen Jr. said. "It means everything to me and my family. I talked to my dad tonight about coming in here and playing. He just told me to go out there and kill it, so that's what I tried to do."

In Ja Morant’s absence, Scotty Pippen Jr. has stepped up with impressive performances for the Memphis Grizzlies. The former Lakers guard is averaging 12.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.
