After defeating the San Antonio Spurs at home, by as many as 34 points, the Utah Jazz hosted the Houston Rockets at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. Rockets had good rest after their loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves and were looking to steal one game in Utah.
The Jazz started the game hot and clinched the first quarter, 27-18. However, the Rockets put up a tough fight in the second quarter and the Jazz were up 53-45 at the end of two quarters.

Even though the Rockets are struggling this season, James Harden has been great and putting up big numbers. Coming off a 29 points performance in a loss against the T-Wolves on the road, Harden struggled in this game and never looked comfortable.
He shot 5-for-16 from the field, with a field-goal of just 31.3 and was also lackluster from the three-point line as he went 2-for-8 from behind the arc.
