NBA Action Highlights - 20 February
Here’s a look at the highlights from today’s action in the NBA -
Gerald Henderson recorded 24 points and 10 rebounds, Kemba Walker added another 24 points as the Bobcats defeat the Magic. The Magic dropped to 15-38 as the Bobcats improved to 13-40. Orlando has now lost 9 of its last 10 games.
Rudy Gay and DeMar DeRozan both scored 24 points in the Raptors 96-88 win over the Wizards. The duo are showing that despite similar playing styles, they can gel together. The Raptors improved to 22-32 and the Wizards dropped to 15-37.

Joe Johnson recorded 24 points including the game-winning bucket as the Nets defeat the Bucks in overtime. The Nets are now 32-22 for the season and rapidly closing on the Pacers who are 32-21. The Bucks dropped to 26-26 and the Celtics are running away with the 8th playoff spot while keeping the Bucks away.

Mike Conley scored 19 points and Zach Randolph had a double-double in the Grizzlies 105-91 win over the Pistons. The Pistons are 21-34 and seems like they are no threat to make it to the playoffs. The Grizzlies improved to 34-18 for the season and are at the 4th spot in the West.

Luol Deng scored 20 points, Joakim Noah added 15 points and 17 rebounds as the Bulls defeat the Hornets. The Bulls are now 31-22 as they dropped the Hornets to 19-35.

Danilo Gallinari scored 26 points to lead the Nuggets to a 97-90 win over the Celtics. The Nuggets improved to 34-21 and the Celtics dropped to 28-25.

Al Jefferson scored 24 points, Gordon Hayward added 17 points as Jazz defeated the Warriors. The Jazz are now 31-24 and have gone 7-3 in their last 10 games. The Warriors fell to 30-23 but they are still above the Jazz right now.

Tony Parker had a double-double with 30 points and 11 assists in the Spurs’ 108-102 win over the Kings. The Spurs are now the only team in the NBA to have won 40 games with their 43-12 record. The Kings fell to 19-36.

The Suns may soon overtake the Kings and drop them to the last spot in the West. Led by Goran Dragic’s 16 points and 18 assists, the Suns were able to defeat the Warriors. The Suns improved to 18-36 and the Blazers dropped to 25-29. Here’s a detailed recap of this game.
