The NBA injury report for Christmas Day 2022 has a lot of star players. With five games of hoops on Sunday night, basketball fans are hoping that many of their favorite players will suit up and play.
Unfortunately, several superstars have already been ruled out. Andrew Wiggins and Steph Curry won't play for the Golden State Warriors, while LeBron James and Zion Williamson are questionable.
Let's take a look at the NBA injury report for December 25 and see who might be sidelined for the Christmas Day matchups.
LeBron James is once again on the NBA injury report
LeBron James has dealt with ankle issues and is a game-time decision for the Christmas Day matchup against the Dallas Mavericks. The Los Angeles Lakers are 13-19 so far this season and have lost three straight games.
James, who will turn 38 in just a few more days, is still the best player on the team. He needs fewer than 700 points to surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the NBA's all-time scoring list, so we can expect him to suit up.

If the four-time NBA champion suits up on December 25, he will surpass Kobe Bryant for most games played on Christmas Day. With 422 points, LeBron is already the all-time scoring leader on this special day.
The Lakers will be without Juan Toscano-Anderson and Anthony Davis, while the Mavericks will miss at least four players, including Kemba Walker and Maxi Kleber.
Devin Booker eyeing his potential return
Devin Booker has also found himself on the NBA injury report. The Phoenix Suns guard has missed the last three games, but is hopeful of playing on Christmas Day against the Denver Nuggets.
With 28 points per game, Booker is one of the best scorers in the league. In his last game, the three-time All-Star dropped 58 points on 21-for-35 shooting against the New Orleans Pelicans.
After going 3-7 in their last 10 games, the Suns desperately need to win Unfortunately, they will be without at least three more players, including Cameron Payne and Cameron Johnson.
When it comes to the Nuggets, Jamal Murray and Zeke Nnaji are both game-time decisions. The team will be without Jeff Green and Collin Gillespie.
Golden State Warriors decimated by injuries, Khris Middleton doubtful for Milwaukee
The NBA injury report has a lot of Warriors on it. Steph Curry, Andrew Wiggins, Andre Iguodala and JaMychal Green will all miss the Christmas Day matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, while Draymond Green is questionable.

The Grizzlies will have the upper hand as they will only miss Danny Green.
