A massive brawl broke out in the third quarter of the game between the Orlando Magic and Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night, where five players were ejected: Mo Bamba, Jalen Suggs of the Magic, and Austin Rivers, Jaden McDaniels and Taurean Prince of the Timberwolves.
The fight started when Rivers approached the Magic bench after getting heckled. Bamba threw a punch that started the exchange, with Suggs, McDaniels and Prince coming into the aid of their teammates. Officials and coaches managed to break up the fight before it turned ugly.

NBA take disciplinary action for Dillon Brooks and Donovan Mitchell brawl
The NBA suspended Dillon Brooks for one game for his role in the altercation with Donovan Mitchell on Thursday. Mitchell was not given a suspension but was fined $20,000. Brooks will miss the Memphis Grizzlies' game against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.
The fight happened after Brooks went up for a lay-up and got blocked by Evan Mobley. He was knocked down to the ground and appeared to hit Mitchell in the groin area. Mitchell proceeded to throw the ball at Brooks, and the two got into a shoving contest.

Anthony Edwards unbothered by NBA All-Star snub
Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves was one of the biggest snubs in the NBA All-Star Game.
Edwards is averaging 24.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.7 steals this season. He told Marc J. Spears of Andscape that he's unbothered by his exclusion, as he expected it.
"That's how it has always been," Edwards said. "I've never been the person to get chosen to be an All-Star. They didn't want me to be the No. 1 pick, right? So, I'm used to it at this point. I just love the game of basketball."

2023 NBA All-Star coaches for Team Giannis and Team LeBron revealed
The coaches for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game have been finalized. With the Denver Nuggets' win over the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, they have clinched the best record in the Western Conference before the All-Star break.
Mike Malone will now be the coach of Team LeBron James. Opposite Malone for Team Giannis Antetokounmpo is Boston Celtics interim coach Joe Mazzulla. The Celtics own the best record in the league and the Eastern Conference.
