NBA: Potential All-stars in 2015

There are so many great players who have yet to make an All-star appearance, let us discuss the potential first time all-stars in the 2014-15 season.

Kyle Lowry

Kyle Lowry

Kyle should have been an All-star this year. It was shocking that he did not make the team. Kyle had one of the best seasons of any point guard during the 2013-14 season, he was a great leader and a player during the playoffs. All Raptors fans are hoping that he will sign an extension with the team.

Al Jefferson

It is shocking that Al has never played in an All-star game despite his ridiculous numbers. This year he averaged 22 points and 11 rebounds a game. Next year will definitely be the year that Al will have his name on the All-star roster.

Andre Drummond

It would be shocking not to see Andre in the all star game next year. He has quickly become one of the top centers in the league being compared to centers like Dwight Howard. He did a phenomenal job in Detroit, this year he averaged 13.5 points and 13.2 rebounds with a player efficiency rating of over 22.

Ryan Anderson

Ryan played only 22 games this year, but he did manage to average close to 20 points and 6.5 rebounds a game. If he can continue this kind of play next year, he will definitely be heading to the All-star game.

Goran Dragic

Goran was the All-star snub for the west last year despite having incredible numbers. He averaged 20 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds a game last year. Many people thought that he would struggle to play alongside Eric Bledsoe, but both of them played amazingly.

Eric Bledsoe

Eric did well as a starting point guard on a team after showing the Clippers last year that he was capable of leading his own team. Eric and Goran formed one of the best backcourts in the NBA. Eric will be looking for a max contract this summer.

Isaiah Thomas

It will be hard for Isaiah to make the all-star team due to great point guards in the west like Stephen Curry, Chris Paul, Tony Parker, Damien Lillard, and potentially Eric Bledsoe. Isaiah averaged 20 points, 6 assists, and had a player efficiency of 20.54

Kawhi Leonard

The 2014 finals MVP will definitely be looking for more. After helping San Antonio win their championship, Kawhi has quickly emerged as a star . Kawhi will be an obvious choice as an All-star next season.
