NBA Results, 22nd January 2019: Thunder beat Blazers, Wolves rout Suns and more

Toronto Raptors beat Sacramento Kings
Another game without Kawhi Leonard, but still the Raptors cruised their way to victory. Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet scored 19 points apiece for the night. CJ Miles dropped 15 points off the bench.

Oklahoma City Thunder beat Portland Trail Blazers
Paul George showcased another excellent performance tonight with 36 points, four assists and eight rebounds for the night. Also, Russell Westbrook had another triple-double as he finished with 29 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds.
The Thunder was a better defensive team tonight and made it tough for the Blazers to score inside. A well-deserved victory for them.

Dallas Mavericks beat Los Angeles Clippers
The Dallas Mavericks ended their 4-game losing streak by beating the Los Angeles Clippers tonight at home. The game saw the return of Dennis Smith Jr. to the lineup, and he immediately proved his worth to them. He scored 17 points and eight rebounds on the night. Also, his counterpart, Luka Doncic contributed 17 points and six assists.

Minnesota Timberwolves rout Phoenix Suns
The Wolves routed the Phoenix Suns tonight on the road.
Karl-Anthony Towns was the leading scorer with 25 points, seven assists and 15 rebounds. He was followed by Josh Okogie who contributed 21 points and eight rebounds. Four of the starters had points in double figures.
