The Golden State Warriors (45-4) got off to an insane start and were on a seven-game winning streak when they visited the then Verizon Center for a regular-season matchup against the Washington Wizards.
Stephen Curry showed his attacking skills and went for 25 points in the first quarter and almost outscored the entire Wizards team. The Wizards needed everything they could get from Wall and he scored 13 points in the second quarter and the Wizards were down by 14 points at the halftime.
In the final quarter, Wall had 14 points to end up with 41 points but did not get enough support from the teammates. Apart from Wall, no other starter scored in double-digits and the Wizards fell 121-134. For the Warriors, Curry was the engine and scored 51 points.
