7-foot-1 Shaquille O'Neal customizes $250,550 car for his fleet of unique machines

NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal added a Lucid Air Sapphire to his fleet of luxury cars, which, according to CarBuzz, retails at $249k along with a $1500 destination charge. The 7-foot-1 big man got the electric vehicle customized specifically to accommodate his big stature, converting it into a two-door car from its original four-door design to get into it with ease.

Moreover, the sedan is burgundy in color to mimic his Rolls Royce Cullinan and has his stage name, "Diesel," engraved on the hood along with the Superman emblem on the center of the wheel rims. The customizations were done by West Coast Customs, of whom O'Neal is a loyal customer.

Shaq shared a series of snaps and videos of his latest car addition on Instagram.

"When you’re 7’1”, you’ve got to do things your own way..." the caption read.

Shaquille O'Neal is one of the richest sports stars in history and has a current estimated net worth of $500 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth. The LA Lakers legend boasts an impressive multi-million dollar car collection, which includes cars ranging from Lamborghinis to rugged custom trucks, most of which are customized to fit his stature.

Shaquille O'Neal previously secured custom all-black carbon fiber Tesla Cybertruck

Shaquille O'Neal added a second Tesla Cybertruck to his car collection in September. Dubbed "CyberBeast," the car was customized as a first-of-its-kind Cybertruck, featuring a widebody kit and carbon fiber construction.

The car was customized by Effortless Motors and features massive 26-inch rims along with a black-on-black color scheme. Shaq had previously commissioned the dealership to customize his first Cybertruck as well, and it delivered a larger version of the car to better fit the four-time NBA champion and named it "CyberBeast."

In a video shared by Effortless Motors previously, Shaquille O'Neal gave the dealership the order for his second Cybertruck because he did not want to have his first one shipped out to Atlanta.

"I'm missing my Cybertruck but I don't want to ship it from Vegas to Atlanta. So I'm just going to go ahead and buy another one, so I'mma need another one," Shaq said while ordering his second Cybertruck.

While receiving his second "CyberBeast" from Effortless Motors, Shaquille O'Neal thanked LeBron James for his part in connecting Shaq to the dealership. James previously had a sketchy situation with the dealership, which led to the LA Lakers star calling it out on his Instagram.

The situation led to Shaq taking notice of the dealership, which ultimately led to him purchasing two custom Tesla Cybertrucks from it.
