After GloRilla, Shaquille O'Neal teams up with Angel Reese to hop on viral ‘In da clurb, we all fam’ TikTok trend
Angel Reese has been all over social media even after her WNBA season ended. The Chicago Sky star recently made a TikTok video with NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal on the set of her "Unapologetically Angel" podcast.
Shaq has never been camera-shy and it isn't surprising he jumped at the opportunity to participate in a trending TikTok trend. The four-time NBA champion matched the energy of the Chicago Sky star in the "In da clurb, we all fam" Tiktok video.
The NBA legend wore a black T-shirt from his Shaq brand and accessorized it with a diamond chain with the "Lord Supreme" pendant, while Angel Reese wore a pink sweatshirt with matching sweatpants.
This is not the first time that Angel Reese made a TikTok video for the "In da clurb, we all fam" trend. Previously, the Chicago Sky star showed her moves with American rapper GloRilla on the same trend.
Shaquille O'Neal reveals the first thing he told Angel Reese after she was drafted in the WNBA
Shaquille O'Neal was one of the first big names who believed in Angel Reese. Not only did Reese later become one of the biggest faces of Reebok, where Shaq serves as president of basketball, but she also grew closer to Shaq.
After the 2024 WNBA Draft, Shaq spoke with People. The NBA legend said that he knows what Reese has experienced and feels he is in a position to offer her guidance.
"I am described as Angel's understandable ear," O'Neal told EPEOPLE. "I know things that she went through, I know what she's going through, I know what's about to happen to her and I could give her advice."
He added that Reese is about the same age as his children, allowing him to connect with her on a personal level. Shaq also said that after draft night, he told Reese that "he was proud of her."
"She's the same age as my children, so I only want the best for her. And when you have daughters, you know how to use that calm voice...the first thing I told her is I was proud of her," Shaq said.
Both Shaq and Reese hailed from LSU.
