“And if AD does what he does, we can win a championship” - Snoop Dogg confident about Lakers’ chances after Game 1
The LA Lakers took a 1-0 series lead against the Golden State Warriors with an important road win.
Anthony Davis had one of the best performances of the postseason, finishing with a 30-point, 23-rebound double-double. The eight-time All-Star also dished out five assists and blocked four shots in the game.
Snoop Dogg, who has supported the Lakers for a few decades, is confident that his team can win it all as long as Davis continues to perform.
On "Undisputed", the rapper talked about Game 1 of the series between the LA Lakers and Golden State Warriors. Snoop Dogg praised his favorite team and said he was impressed with Anthony Davis' performance.
"I've learned that we're better than people thought we were," the rapper said when asked what he learned from Game 1. "If AD does what AD do, we can win a championship."

Having a healthy Davis is the key to success for the Lakers. He's been dealing with numerous injuries throughout his career, but appears to be at full strength now.

Besides Davis, the 51-year-old rapper praised the Lakers' role players. From Austin Reaves to Rui Hachimura, everyone has done a great job so far in the playoffs. He also pointed out how much support players give to each other.
Snoop Dogg also hailed Lakers coach Darvin Ham for his rotations and smart strategies.
"Let Darvin Ham coach," Snoop Dogg said. "He knows the rotation better than anybody."

Game 2 of the series is scheduled for Thursday night at 9 p.m. Eastern Time. This is a must-win game for the Golden State Warriors since the series will move to Los Angeles for Games 3 and 5.
