Anthony Edwards' GF Jeanine Robel shares adorable moment with T-Wolves guard after Minnesota win

Anthony Edwards and his girlfriend Jeanine Robel shared a moment after the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday. Edwards had a fantastic game for the Timberwolves, with Robel watching on the sidelines in New Orleans.

In a post on Instagram, Robel uploaded a short reel of herself getting hugged by Edwards while walking out of the arena. The Timberwolves were on the road to take on the Pelicans at Smoothie King Center.

While some fans might not agree on wives and girlfriends being on road trips, it seems like Robel has connections to the Bayou. She also posted an image of herself with her younger sister in New Orleans.

Anthony Edwards and Jeanine Robel have been together since 2020 when the Minnesota Timberwolves drafted him first overall. Edwards and Robel have one daughter together named Aislynn born in March 2024. Robel has an older son named Krue from her relationship with rapper Chief Keef.

Edwards briefly discussed being a father on the Netflix series Starting 5, calling it the best feeling.

"I can’t speak on fatherhood as a whole but, as of right now, it’s just the best feeling," Edwards said, according to Page Six. "In the world for sure. ... That's my little girl. I've got to pick her up and walk around with her, and hold her and talk to her."

The Minnesota Timberwolves visited the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night as part of their short two-game road trip. The Timberwolves are also set to face the Orlando Magic on Thursday before welcoming the Memphis Grizzlies back at Target Center on Saturday.

In New Orleans, it was an eventful game since it was the return of Zion Williamson from a 27-game absence due to a hamstring injury. Williamson looked great in his first game back, finishing with 22 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals in 27 minutes.

However, it wasn't enough as Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves spoiled Zion's return with a 104-97 win. Edwards had a game-high 32 points plus nine rebounds, three assists and two steals. It was a back-and-forth game before Minnesota took a big lead in the third quarter.

Edwards had plenty of help with Julius Randle contributing 16 points and six rebounds, while Rudy Gobert nabbed an impressive stat line of seven points, 14 rebounds, four assists and six blocks.

The Timberwolves improved to 19-17 for the season, which puts them No. 8 in the West standings. The Pelicans, on the other hand, dropped to 7-30 and the second-worst record in the league.
