English singer Adele is no longer LeBron James’ agent Rich Paul’s girlfriend; because she is his fiancée now and they are getting married. According to a post by Bleacher Report on X, formerly known as “Twitter,” Adele and Paul are engaged. The news was confirmed by Adele herself.
After three years of dating, the couple has decided to get married. Given that they are engaged, neither party has revealed any details about the marriage date or location.
The news about Rich Paul and Adele getting engaged is not a recent one. However, this is the first time that any one of them has officially confirmed their engagement.
The British singer confirmed her engagement in the best possible way and let the world know about it. Earlier, on August 9, Adele was performing at her “Adele in Munich” in the city. At the Messe München outdoor arena, when the “Hello” singer saw a fan holding a placard asking her to marry, Adele said that she couldn’t marry the fan because she was already getting married.
According to Rolling Stone, Adele met Rich Paul at a friend’s birthday party. Interestingly, Paul and Adele met on the dance floor. The rumor of Adele and Rich Paul dating started in 2021 when they attended one of the LA Lakers games together. Since then, the couple has been in attendance at the Lakers game several times.
Adele wants to have a baby daughter with fiancee Rich Paul
Adele has an 11-year-old son, Angelo, that she had with her former husband, Simon Konecki. Now the mother of one wants another child in her life; a baby daughter. Last month, in July, during her “Weekends With Adele” residency in Las Vegas, the British singer shared that she wanted to have a daughter with Rich Paul.
During the show, she told audiences that when she was done with her tours, she would want to have a daughter. Interestingly, she has already made plans about how she is going to raise her daughter.
"[26:10] Once I'm done with all of my obligations and all of my shows, I want to have a baby. And I want to have a girl because I've already got a boy," she said in the video. "I feel like she might be the person I love the most in the world and I'll probably hate the most in the world as well. She's going to put me in my place all the time, isn't she?"
She later added that with a mother like her and a father like Paul, their daughter was going to be a “bossy little queen.”
"With me as her mother and Rich as her father, my daughter's going to be a bossy little queen, isn't she?" she added.
Adele also shared that she was excited to name her daughter. She said that anytime she comes across a beautiful name, she immediately writes it down.
