Billionaire Mark Cuban praises Kamala Harris’ policy ideas on price-gouging and real estate in a series of tweets

Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban praised Vice President Kamala Harris after the Democrat presidential candidate announced a series of reforms and focused on important sectors that she would work on if she is elected as the next President of the United States of America.

Cuban, who is worth $5.7 billion as per Forbes, voiced his opinion on X, formerly Twitter. He praised Harris for her stance on real estate, which focused on solving the housing crisis. The Vice President outlined her plan to boost housing supply at an affordable price for first-time buyers.

She also laid down a tax incentive plan for builders to develop starter homes and also talked about a $40 billion federal fund dedicated to innovate housing construction.

The key highlight of the campaign was her plan to provide $25K down payment to first-time house buyers. Cuban was enthralled with this very specific highlight. He reposted a post criticizing Harris for not talking about price control on groceries and highlighted the housing promises.

"Did you also notice that she said that the 25k credit only applies to NEW homes? Did I hear that right ?"

Moreover, Cuban was excited to share his thoughts on the pharmaceutical advances that Harris outlined:

"And my favorite of course, did anyone else hear @VP say she was going to bring TRANSPARENCY to pharmacy and healthcare middlemen? The root cause of almost all that is wrong with healthcare pricing?"

Harris said that she would work on the effort started by the Joe Biden administration to lower the prices of pharmaceutical products and make them more affordable for everyone in the nation.

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban shuts down Republican's fear of Democratic 'oil crackdown'

Billionaire Mark Cuban shut down the concerns of Republican party members regarding the low productivity of oil and gas during the Biden administration's rule. He reposted The Kobeissi Letter's post on X which shared data revealing that the daily oil production had increased by 22% in the United States in the last four years.

When the Biden administration introduced policies that adhered to the protection of the environment and lowered the usage of fossil fuels with the Environmental Protection Act, many Republicans criticized the ruling government for supporting climate activists and cracking down on the oil and gas producers.

However, Mark Cuban's repost directly negates the narrative that the Republicans have been pushing in the past few years.
