Bucks reserve Andre Jackson Jr. uninjured in single-car accident returning from Saturday practice: Reports
Milwaukee Bucks guard Andre Jackson Jr. got into an accident on Saturday morning after coming from a team workout. Jackson Jr.'s car crashed into a building but thankfully, the second-year player was unharmed. There were no other vehicles involved and he was alone in the vehicle.
Jackson Jr. will be available when the Bucks take on the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday.
Andre Jackson Jr. was the 36th overall pick in the 2023 NBA draft. He was taken by the Orlando Magic before being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks on draft night.

How did Andre Jackson Jr. perform in his rookie season?
Andre Jackson Jr. did not see a lot of playing time in his rookie year. This was understandable considering the Milwaukee Bucks backcourt depth last season. Ahead of him on the rotation were players like Damian Lillard, Cameron Payne, Patrick Beverley, Malik Beasley and even Khris Middleton, on occasion.
However, he was given opportunities to prove himself. Jackson Jr. got to play in a total of 57 games, starting in eight of them. In those 57 contests, he averaged 10 minutes of playing time. He also averaged 2.2 points on 1.8 attempts as well as 2 rebounds.
He scored in double figures on two separate occasions, registering exactly 10 points both times. The first time was against the Detroit Pistons on Dec. 16, 2023. The second time was against the Golden State Warriors on Jan. 13, 2024. The Bucks won both of these games.
Aside from registering 10 points against the Warriors, he also grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds. So far, this is the only time in his career that he got a double-double. He also had 31 instances where he failed to score a single field goal.
This season, Jackson Jr. has only seen a minute of playing time. That came against the Philadelphia 76ers during the Bucks season opener. He did not register any stats in that game.
Similar to last year, Jackson Jr. isn't high on the Bucks backcourt rotation. Damian Lillard and Gary Trent Jr. are going to be the starting point guard and shooting guard respectively.
Behind Lillard are Delon Wright and AJ Green. Meanwhile, Trent Jr. has Pat Connaughton behind him. These are the players ahead of Jackson Jr. on the Bucks' depth chart.
If the Bucks suffer injuries to any of these players, expect Jackson Jr. to see more minutes.
