"Cali sun done healed bro", "Sir, this is a YMCA" - Fans' hysterical reactions to John Wall's hyped comments during scrimmage

After sitting out the 2021-22 season, John Wall will return to action with the LA Clippers this upcoming season. A recent training video of Wall sent social media into frenzy. NBA fans took note of the guard's energy by posting their reactions on Twitter.

Videos of Wall training with teammates Paul George and Kawhi Leonard have been commonplace on the internet. A recent video of Wall hooping during an open run garnered particular attention.

The Clippers guard proclaimed that he was 'back' after sinking a corner 3-pointer.

Watching Wall train with high intensity has been a welcome sight for fans. However, considering his injury history, fans were ruthless when reacting to his proclamation.

The Clippers made very few moves in the offseason. However, they did bring in quality players. Signing John Wall to a $13.2 million deal for two years can be considered a steal for the Clippers.

The potential rewards far outweigh the risks. Wall adds significant depth to the team's backcourt. With Wall and Reggie Jackson competing for the starting point guard spot, the team may benefit from healthy competition. Given the state of the Clippers' roster last season, Ty Lue did a tremendous job of keeping the boat afloat.

While it would be a bit of a reach to consider Wall the missing piece of the puzzle, he certainly ticks a lot of boxes. Wall is a playmaker who will bolster the Clippers roster and could help them compete for the title.
