"Can you go over Figure A, again": Giannis Antetokounmpo pokes fun at Cameron Brink's latest gig
Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo took to Instagram to comment on the latest advertisement from the WNBA and LA Sparks forward Cameron Brink. The rookie appeared in a skit commercial for LegalZoom, the official business formation software of the league.
In the commercial, Brink spends a hypothetical day at the LegalZoom office, playing with the other employees and getting acclimated as a "new employee." She shares a whiteboard demonstration of "Figure A," which is just a depiction of a basketball going into a hoop.
"Sorry, but can you go over Figure A, again?" wrote Antetokounmpo.
LegalZoom's Instagram account responded to Antetokoumpo's comment.
"We'll send you the slide deck! It's brief, only 134 slides!" they wrote.
Several fans were surprised to see the Greek stars comment on Brink's ad.
"Unc what you doing here," commented one user.
"Back off buddy you ain't slick," added another.
LegalZoom is a company branded for entrepreneurs looking for assistance with all their business needs, specifically from a legal background. They specialize in handling taxes and have been operating for over 20 years. In addition to the WNBA, LegalZoom also has partnerships with the NBA and NBA G-League.
In 2023, they launched a grant program with the leagues that offers up to $3 million in grant funding to small business owners and budding entrepreneurs.
Cameron Brink talks about body image as a female athlete on Paul George's podcast
The LA Sparks rookie spoke on "Podcast P with Paul George" about the importance of body image as a female athlete.
"I think just as a female athlete, the Body Issue is always just, like, dope," Brink said. "Just to see how your body purely as an athlete, to appreciate ... our bodies are our machines, that's how we make our money. So I think that's always a really cool concept."
Cameron Brink suffered a season-ending ACL injury after playing 15 games, averaging 7.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. She was the second overall pick of the 2024 WNBA draft behind Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark.
Off the court, Brink will be on the cover of Flaunt Magazine's Gold Standard Issue this month. She was featured in a photo shoot with the magazine, which saw her tap into modeling opportunities she further wished to explore. Brink was also on the cover of SLAM magazine last year.
