Charles Barkley concerned over Phoenix Suns players' relations: "My team is broken... They've lost that connectivity"
Charles Barkley spent four seasons as a member of the Phoenix Suns. The Hall of Famer recently voiced his concern over the team's struggles this season.
Speaking on Inside the NBA, Barkley stated:
"I think my team is broken and I think they've lost - first of all, I don't think they like each other so once you lose that trust, I don't think you can get it back. To be on a winning team, y'all have to be connected... so I think they're in trouble. I think this thing started before the season with Jae Crowder."
Barkley added that Crowder is too talented to not be with the team before adding:
"I just think it's gonna be a long road for my Suns and I feel bad for that because you know how much respect I got for Chris Paul. I love Devin Booker. But like I say, I just think they've lost that connectivity. They had it a couple years ago. I think it started waning last year, and I think it's totally gone this year."
The Suns have struggled as of late as they have lost 12 of their past 14 games. After starting the season 16-7, Phoenix has lost 17 of 22 games and currently sits at 21-24, slipping to 12th in the Western Conference.
While the Suns have been without both Paul and Booker, their struggles began before the two players were sidelined. Despite slipping to 12th in the Western Conference, Phoenix is only two games behind the ever-important sixth seed.

Charles Barkley reveals that he does not plan to work past the age of 60
Charles Barkley will reach a milestone birthday this year as he turns 60 years old. The Hall of Famer previously shared that he has no plans of working past the age of 60. Speaking to 106.7 The Fan, the 1992-93 NBA MVP stated:
"I'm trying to hang off for another couple of years until I am 60, and then they can kiss my a**. I'm only working until 60, I'm not working until the day I die, that is stupid. If I don't have any money by now, I'm stupid, and they should fire me anyway."
While Barkley added that the job has become less fun, it is unclear if he will actually walk away from the gig anytime soon. He reportedly signed a new 10-year contract with Turner Sports that will pay him between $100 and $200 million.
