Damian Lillard hilariously sums up LaMelo Ball's lookalike's skills in 3 words

On Saturday night, Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard shared a post by Overtime on his Instagram story. The post featured a video of a user named "meloo" who resembles Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball.

Lillard had a hilarious three-word response to the video’s caption, which was watermarked to imply that the user was "the real LaMelo Ball."

The video, shown below, features the supposed LaMelo lookalike wearing a Charlotte Hornets jersey and mimicking the way the Hornets guard plays and moves on the court.

LaMelo, who has been dealing with a calf injury, has had a phenomenal season for the Hornets. He is averaging 30.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 7.5 assists in 20 games played. Additionally, he is shooting 42.1% from the field and 34.4% from the 3-point mark.

Dame, who is also sidelined temporarily with a calf injury, is having a solid season with the Bucks. He is averaging 25.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists per game while shooting 45% from the field, 37.1% from beyond the arc and 91.6% from the free-throw line.


Damian Lillard reportedly signs Adidas contract extension

On Dec. 18, Damian Lillard reportedly agreed to a "lifetime contract" extension with footwear giants, Adidas, according to a report by ESPN's Shams Charania.

"Milwaukee Bucks All-Star Damian Lillard has agreed to a lifetime contract extension with Adidas, sources told ESPN. Lillard now joins LeBron James and Kevin Durant (Nike) and Stephen Curry (Under Armour/Curry Brand) as active NBA players with lifetime shoe endorsements," Shams Charania tweeted.

The one-time Rookie of the Year signed a multiyear deal with the company when he got drafted in 2012 and renogotiated a 10-year deal two years later worth $100 milllion, according to ESPN. His partnership with the German footwear company took a new turn when they announced a gymnasium court at their headquarters in Portland named after him.

Furthermore, the deal with Dame brings his earnings to above the $600 million mark, with his career earnings at $328,751,088, according to Spotrac. Besides Adidas, he has sponsorship deals with Hulu, Spalding, Panini, Foot Locker, JBL and Moda Health.
