"Divorce Dame different": Damian Lillard sparks fan frenzy after partying with singer Keyshia Cole goes viral

On Saturday, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Damian Lillard was spotted alongside popular American singer and TV personality Keyshia Cole. Two clips posted on Instagram by 2cool2bl0g showed the former Trail Blazers point guard partying and singing in a packed nightclub.

The news comes after Lillard reportedly filed for divorce with his former wife and high school sweetheart, Kay’La Lillard, in October 2023. The couple share three children and were married for two years.

The post immediately brought forth fans who suggested that Dame might have already moved on from his marriage.

One user claimed that the divorced Lillard is a different person altogether:

"My son went to the Milwaukee and did the same thing he did in Portland NOTHING."

Damian Lillard spoke about the ‘hardest transition’ of his life

There is little doubt that the move from the Portland Trail Blazers was not the only big change in Lillard’s life. On the eve of his move, Lillard claimed that the move was entirely based on his desire to win a championship:

“I loved playing in Portland, living in Portland, loved the organization, had a great run,” Lillard told Yahoo Sports during the Bucks’ road trip to Detroit in mid-January. “I just wanted a chance to win a championship. So that’s a lot to let go of.”

The move has not been perfectly ideal considering the Bucks were knocked out by the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the NBA Playoff.

The couple who has been together right from high school has three children: Damian Jr., and twins Kali and Kalii, born in January 2021. He said the following in a Sports Illustrated interview:

“It’s definitely lonely because I’m such a family guy. My life is my family. After games, I would come out and my whole family would be back there. My kids coming out of the playroom. My mom, my brother, my cousins lived there, you know what I mean?”

There is little doubt that Lillard has undergone changes in his personal and professional life and was blowing off some steam with the noted singer.
