Drake superfan Steph Curry recreates viral Kanye West line while continuing to flex his Olympic medalĀ
This summer, Steph Curry competed in the Olympics for the first time, joining Team USA for what turned out to be a remarkable run at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Since then, Curry has continued to flex his gold medal, which could wind up being the one and only Olympic medal he earns in his storied career.
In a post on Instagram this week, the four-time NBA champion and his daughter Riley were seen on the golf course. After a huge run with Team USA that saw Curry propel the team to victory in the semifinal and final, the Golden State star is shifting his focus to the 2024-25 NBA season.
With less than a month to go until training camps start and Steph Curry locks in for the new season, the former two-time MVP is continuing to enjoy his Olympic win in Paris.
In Friday's video, Curry and his daughter can be seen on the golf course, with audio from rapper Kanye West's 47th Annual Grammy Awards speech playing over the video.
The NBA star and Drake fan then produces the gold medal from his pocket, flexing it for the camera as he and his daughter share a laugh.

Steph Curry reflects on Olympic experience with LeBron James after the pair won gold together in Paris
Apart from the fact that this was Steph Curry's first appearance at the Olympics, it was also the first time Curry had a chance to play with LeBron James in a high-stakes environment.
While the pair have previously competed alongside one another during All-Star weekend, the Paris Olympics gave the two a chance to compete at the highest level as teammates.
Speaking in an interview with PEOPLE this week, Curry opened up on the situation. He said that after competing against one another for years, the chance to compete as one completely changed their relationship.
"All the battles we've had on the court and the back and forth, the fact that we actually got to be teammates, not just in any game like an All-Star game or whatever, but in high stakes basketball with a lot on the line... I think there's a deepened respect and friendship there."
Some fans have continued to hold out hope that James and Curry will find a way to join forces for, at least, one season in the NBA before all is said and done. But Rich Paul doesn't want it to be in Golden State. This offseason, a report surfaced from Marc Stein that revealed that Paul didn't want LeBron to go to Golden State.
As Stein wrote back in mid-August, during the 2023-24 NBA season, the Warriors had an interest in acquiring LeBron James.
Wanting to protect James' legacy from any criticism or backlash that could come from the future Hall of Famer changing teams for a fourth time, Paul shut down any trade talk.
As a result, if fans want to see a James-Curry duo in the NBA, it sounds as though Golden State would have to send Steph Curry to LA.
