Dwyane Wade's wife Gabrielle Union enacts hilarious skit to wish Simone Biles & Team USA for Paris Olympics

Dwayne Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union, had a unique way to wish Team USA players great success at the Paris Olympics. The wife of the former NBA star posted a hilarious video on her Instagram handle that showed her making acrobatic flips to wish the Olympians representing her country.

In the video, Union was seen wearing USA’s full-sleeve jersey and casual shorts. She walked into the frame without any footwear and made an acrobatic flip on the grass. Just when she successfully completed the flip, she hilariously held the back of her thighs, wincing in pain.

The Hollywood actress came right back into the frame with a straight face. She said,

“Ok, now I feel qualified since I do gymnastics.”

She then sent much love to American gymnasts and captioned the post,

"Tried to defy gravity and landed right back on the ground! 😮‍💨 To my ladies @jordanchiles, @simonebiles, @sunisalee, @jadecarey, and @hezrivera we’re all rooting for you! LET’S GO TEAM USA!!! #NBCOlympics #ParisOlympics."

Gabrielle Union uses kickboxing to release her rage

Gabrielle Union is 51 years old, but her energy level and fitness are all-time high.

In conversation with Today, Union revealed the secret behind her fitness. Union mixes up her exercise with something fun and also an outdoor activity.

When it comes to food, the Hollywood actress is not on a strict diet. When Union eats her favorite food, she makes sure that she drinks water according to what she has consumed, which is usually not a very healthy choice.

When it comes to exercise, Union likes to mix it up. She does a lot of weight training rather than too much cardio. She also mixes cardio within her sets to complete her cardio mission while also finishing her exercise.

One of Gabrielle Union's mixed workouts consists of kickboxing. "The Perfect Find" actress also has a very good reason to include kickboxing, managing her mental health in her own style without the outside world judging her.

“I like kickboxing because I can work out some aggression without judgment. Because you can’t go around hitting people, apparently they arrest you for that,” she said. “A good boxing workout is the best stress, anxiety, and rage reliever there is, so I definitely look forward to that,” Union added.

Union often works with her husband, Dwyane Wade, who has maintained a ripped body despite retiring from the NBA. Union has also included outdoor workouts in her regime for Vitamin D and other benefits.
