Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade recently posted a picture on Instagram acknowledging Kim Kardashian's 4 billion-dollar brand Skims. The media personality founded the clothing brand in September 2019 and has discovered great success.
D-Wade gave a shoutout to the brand and shared a picture of a package from it in his story on Saturday. Tagging the official Skims account, the 42-year-old captioned it:
"@Skims."
The brand opened its first flagship store in New York on Wednesday and hosted many celebrities including a few NBA and WNBA players. D-Wade, although not present during the opening ceremony, sent his support on social media with a minimalistic-looking post.
Skims has found tremendous success in its five years of existence and has skyrocketed in value. With sales surging 90% last year, Skims raised $240 million in investments over the last year, taking the brand's worth to $4 billion.
