On Monday, he had another superb display in helping the Hawks to a 124-112 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Daniels easily had the best two-way impact on the game for Atlanta. He made half his 16 attempts and terrorized the passing lane with his length and anticipation.
The Australian recorded four steals and forced the Pelicans to hesitate with their offensive sets when he was on the floor. CJ McCollum had 29 points but took 26 shots to get his total. Dejounte Murray shot 2-for-15 to finish with seven points. Daniels had a hand in forcing them to a rough-shooting night.
