Fans brutally mock Draymond Green for tweeting about Shields vs. Marshall fight following Jordan Poole saga - “This ni**a knows about fights huh”, “Maybe next time she’ll get the KO like you champ”
Draymond Green continues to be mocked by fans after his bust-up with Jordan Poole. Green appeared to punch Poole in the face after a physical altercation broke out between the two during practice about a week ago.
Green has been off social media since video footage of his altercation with Poole got leaked. His first tweet back couldn't help his situation with his trolls as Draymond reacted to the Claressa Shields vs. Savannah Marshall bout for the undisputed world championship title.
Shields beat Marshall in the finale of their thrilling long-time rivalry. Shields had the upper hand for most of the fight as he won unanimously with scores of 96-94, 96-94 and 97-93. Draymond Green reacted to the fight, calling it a good contest, but not a close one. Here's what he said:
"That was not a very close fight. Very good fight indeed! But not close #ShieldsMarshall"
After being heavily criticized for initiating a physical altercation, several fans mocked Draymond Green for his poor timing and topic to tweet about after his incident. One fan on Twitter wrote:

Draymond Green and Jordan Poole squash their beef as former avoids suspension
Draymond Green and the Warriors mutually decided to keep him away from the team after his altercation with Jordan Poole. Rumors suggested a suspension was imminent, but the Warriors decided against it.
Draymond returned to the team after a week's absence. Several members of the Warriors organization, including veteran players, coaching staff, and the front office, indulged in discussions to deal with the issue before evaluating that Green shouldn't be suspended.
Reports suggest Jordan Poole and Draymond Green spoke in front of the team. The former and the rest of the locker room didn't want Green to get suspended. Meanwhile, another report suggests the Warriors didn't go for a suspension against Green due to the ring ceremony on opening night.
He has been an integral member of their four championship wins in the last eight years. If it was a regular opening night, the Warriors could've issued a suspension at the beginning of the year.
Regardless of how things played out, the decision to bring back Green early and not suspend him would be ideal. The Warriors have found success over the last eight years with him as a locker-room leader.
He is also a vital cog in their system. Moreover, the Warriors have thrived because of the camaraderie between their rosters. Keeping Green away for long could've prolonged this issue, probably the toughest situation the Warriors have been in with their current core.
