Fans crack up as Draymond Green announces his return to podcasting

Golden State Warriors Draymond Green had some exciting news for fans regarding his podcasting plans for the future. With fans taking note of his statement to return as a podcast host in Michael Jordan fashion, they sent in some hilarious reactions on Twitter.

Draymond Green is an established legend within the Warriors fanbase and the NBA as a whole. As one of the most intelligent players in the league, Green has been a focal point for the Warriors as a defensive anchor and a leader.

Green plays a key role in setting the tone for the team in any situation, making him virtually irreplaceable. This is known and understood. However, the Warriors star has also carved out a name for himself outside the sphere of basketball.

Green has created quite the identity for himself as an avid podcaster. Podcasting in the NBA is quite common at this point. Several players, active and retired, have channels of their own that involve calling guests to talk about different topics. But Green's podcast, "The Draymond Green Show," stands out as one of the more popular ones.

While viewing the podcast has been a rather fulfilling experience for several fans, there have been some negative experiences as well. This held particularly true in the NBA playoffs, when Green was seen recording podcast episodes shortly after games.

In this regard, episodes after losses and poor performances were particularly exacerbated.

"The Draymond Green Show" has been on a bit of a hiatus. However, Green recently announced via his podcast producers at the Volume Podcast Network that he would be returning to podcasting activities.

Naturally, fans had a rather mixed set of reactions, but the general trend remained negative. Given his lack of a filter, Green is known for putting it all out there. While this may be beneficial to some, it has severe connotations in most cases.

The Golden State Warriors should be concerned about Draymond Green having a podcast

There are two sides to the coin with regards to this kind of situation. While Draymond Green's podcast has been a major source of entertainment for several fans, it has had a bit of a negative impact as well. The Warriors star drew a lot of negative attention to himself, especially after losses, as he was frequently seen recording episodes after playoff games.

Green frequently used the podcast to discuss games and other topics that came up during the games. While this provides information that most people would not have, there are some details that the Warriors organization would prefer to keep private.

Needless to say, the Golden State Warriors will be concerned about the return of Green as a podcaster. Especially in light of their current situation with Curry's injury and their poor record, the Warriors need their team to rally together.
