Fans share hilarious reactions over Mark Cuban comments on Luka Doncic Mural: “I mean the artist isn’t lying”, “Get this truth off my streets”

The Dallas Mavericks have been under a lot of pressure. Their lone superstar Luka Doncic is doing all he can to carry the team. The front office hasn't been able to provide him with an All-Star level teammate. If they don't acquire one, their chances at winning a championship are slim.

The Mavs are currently fifth in the Western Conference with a 24-21 record. Doncic is a major reason for their success. The 23-year old superstar is averaging 33.8 points, 9.0 rebounds and 8.8 assists this season.

After the Mavs shipped Kristaps Porzingis to the Washington Wizards last season, Doncic became the team's lone star. The problem with this team is very obvious. They need to surround Doncic with more talent.

One Mavs fan took it upon himself to help the Slovenian star. He made a mural of Doncic in order to send a message to the Mavericks' front office.

The mural features Doncic holding a sign over his head saying "PLEASE SEND HELP." It also has some of Doncic's incredible statlines written on the canvas

The mural has caught the attention of many people. This included Mavs owner Mark Cuban. It was reported that Cuban didn't like the mural. Cuban apparently sent an email to the artist, calling the mural "disrespectful." The artist's name is Preston Pannek. He has been a diehard Mavericks fan since 2000.

Mavericks fans are still rallying for the Mavericks to acquire a co-star for Doncic. They believe such a move would make the team a championship contender.

We've collected some of the funniest reactions from fans about Cuban's decision to send an email to the mural artist.

Luka Doncic is one of the best talents to come out of Europe. He has made a name for himself in the NBA . His love for the game stems from his early experiences as a professional ballplayer. Doncic honed his skills while playing professionally for Real Madrid at just 16-years old.

The EuroLeague and the NBA are completely different when it comes to how games are officiated. The NBA officials have a more relaxed approach. A flagrant foul in the NBA would often be a common foul in other professional leagues.

In the EuroLeague, teams don't play as many games in a season. It gives teams more time to prepare for a matchup. Doncic recently revealed that he enjoys watching the EuroLeague more than the NBA. The three-time All-Star loves to learn more about team basketball.

"I don't know if I'm learning. I just watch games," Doncic said. "Mostly Real Madrid and Red Star...learning team basketball."
