Former Lakers player Taurean Prince's wife Hannah Usman unloads on barber's $120 charge for daughter's braids
Former Lakers player Taurean Prince's wife Hannah Usman shared her reaction to the work done on her daughter's braids. She was not at all pleased with what she saw, especially considering the price for it – $120. She posted two videos on her Instagram stories to provide more context on what happened.
Prince was not with her wife when she picked up their daughter Ameera from the salon. Immediately upon seeing her child, Usman took her frustration to Instagram to voice her dissatisfaction with the kind of work done. It was bad enough that the quality was not up to standard, but the $120 price tag made it all the worse.
"Paying 120 for this is crazy," Usman posted. "The fact people even would charge that knowing damn well they can't deliver. And no, I wasn't there whenever she was getting it done."
Following her first post, she followed it up with another one where she shared what happened next after she complained to the salon.
"... the girl sent the money back after I complained," Usman posted. "And she's also not the girl who normally does me or Ameera's hair, it's the girl who does the boy's hair. So after I texted her, she explained that braids aren't her thing. ... If braids aren't your thing but your're still willing to like do somebody's braids, how are you going to charge $120?"
With Usman not being alongside her daughter when she was getting her braids done, things got out of hand. Luckily, she was still able to get her money back after not being satisfied with the kind of service received.

Before another 82-game NBA season grind commences, Taurean Prince and his wife Hannah Usman took a vacation trip to St. Tropez, France.
Usman shared some snaps on Instagram from their trip while they were taking the scenery in from their mini-yacht. The couple looked to be enjoying their time together.
"St. Tropez took the cake," Usman posted.
The first post garnered 388 likes on the platform, while her second post of images had over 440 likes. In a couple of pictures, Prince and Usman were in each others' arms while posing on the yacht.
Prince is currently with the Milwaukee Bucks, with whom he signed this year. He had played the previous season with the Lakers. The small forward has also played for the Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Minnesota Timberwolves in his career.
