When she isn't giving her thoughts on global issues, Anna is actively rooting for her brother as he continues his time in the NBA. After 17 years in the league, she finally got to see him secure his first championship.

Turning 38 during the Boston Celtics' title run, many expected Horford to put an end to his playing days. However, the five-time All-Star shocked many when he stated he'd be returning in 2025 to help them repeat.

Al Horford's sister puts out message regarding the Israel/Palestine conflict

Dating back to the early days of this conflict in the Middle East, Al Horford's sister has expressed great sympathy for all the innocent lives affected in the chaos.

A few weeks ago, Anna and her other brother Jon put out a strong message calling for more people to stand up and speak out against the fighting.

Anna ended up putting the statement on her Instagram, taking a slight jab at those who have opted to neglect the ongoing horror in other parts of the world.

"I reside in the far west But the troubles in the east Haunt me as gaunt parents say their dead children do in their dreams.
Have you muffled all the noise to make it easier sleep? The neglect you pay them now will someday cost you everything."

Al Horford's sister put another strong message on her Instagram about a month ago. This came from a sign that the protestor was holding in hopes of trying to end the conflict.

The sign called for people to put themselves in Palestine's shoes, wanting the rest of the world to speak up as innocent people and children lose their lives.
