Online streamer revealed that a Kevin Durant comment led him to use Vaseline

During an interview with GQ Sports, IShowSpeed, also known as Darren Jason Watkins Jr., shared the time that Kevin Durant described his legs as "ashy" and how it influenced him to include Vaseline in his daily routine.

"I was talking to Kevin Durant, he literally looked at my legs and said, 'You ashy as f**k,'" Watkins Jr. said. That right there, that changed me. You know it really made me mad because KD is the one that's ashy. ... I try to put Vaseline lotion on now."

When he first heard that comment from the 14-time NBA All-Star, it made him furious enough as he considered Durant to be the one with "ashy" legs. Regardless of how he felt, it still gravitated him toward the use of Vaseline to alter what the two-time champion said.

However, this time around USA Basketball is rolling out a team filled with Hall of Famers and versatile players at each position. From the inclusion of four-time champions LeBron James and Stephen Curry to 2024 NBA Champions Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday, the ball club is stacked.
