"Get In With Me” hitmaker BossMan DLow namedrops Anthony Edwards ahead of new album
Rapper BossMan DLow name-dropped Anthony Edwards in a song on his new yet-to-release album. The "Get In With Me" hitmaker shared a snippet of the song on his Instagram story as he posted a video of him grooving to the track on Monday. Edwards reshared the video on his story.
"Don't act like y'all Anthony Edwards," he raps.
BossMan DLow announced on Monday that his next album is ready. The rapper shared an Instagram post featuring a snippet of a track, as he announced in the caption:
"🏃🏾♂️ It Up Fast Like I’m Forest Gump #AlbumReady😊"
Edwards seems to be a big fan of Bossman DLow, as he is often seen vibing to his music. A video of the Minnesota Timberwolves star singing along to the rapper's "2 Slippery" track in his car last month previously made the rounds on social media.

During Game 1 of the WNBA first-round playoff series between the Minnesota Lynx and Phoenix Mercury on Sunday, Anthony Edwards was seen vibing and showcasing his inner singer to the tunes played at the Target Center in Minneapolis. Edwards' girlfriend, Jeanine Robel, shared a video of the two-time NBA All-Star on her Instagram story.
The game concluded with the Lynx grabbing their first playoff victory of the season with a final tally of 102-95. Napheesa Collier led Minnesota's victory charge with 38 points, six rebounds, four assists and one block in the game.
Anthony Edwards walks red carpet for Netflix 'Starting 5' docuseries
Anthony Edwards attended the red carpet event on Monday along with LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, Jimmy Butler and Domantas Sabonis for their upcoming Netflix docuseries, "Starting 5." Edwards kept it casual with a gray hoodie on the red carpet. James rocked a denim jacket, Tatum wore a beige blazer, Butler went all-black and Sabonis gray suited up.
The 10-part NBA docuseries chronicles both on-court and off-court moments of the NBA stars and will be out on the platform on Oct. 9. Netflix released the official trailer for the series on YouTube last week.
The trailer featured Edwards' moments from the 2023-24 season, showing him joking around and trash-talking opponents. It also featured a glimpse of the Timberwolves guard leaving a game midway to witness the birth of his daughter, Aislynn.
Edwards is coming off his best season in the league yet. He concluded the 2023-24 season averaging 25.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.3 steals while shooting 46.1% from the field and 35.7% from beyond the arc.
