“Giannis is going to finish his career as one of the 10 greatest players ever” – Nick Wright believes Giannis Antetokounmpo is an underrated player possessing attributes needed to win a championship

Giannis Antetokoumpo has established himself as one of the best basketball players in the world. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar has started the season strongly and looks to be in contention for another Most Valuable Player award.

However, NBA analyst Nick Wright feels Antetokoumpo is still underrated and was full of praise for the two-time league MVP:

"I think somehow Giannis is still underrated. I think there is still failure to understand that when it comes to playing winning basketball, he is an A triple plus."

Antetokounmpo and the Bucks have been one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference in recent seasons. They lost in the conference semifinals last season in seven games to the Boston Celtics.

Many believe if three-time All-Star Khris Middleton was healthy last season, they could have gone all the way. available to play alongside Giannas, who did play excellently during the playoffs.

Wright continued to praise Giannis:

"Giannis has all of it. Every single thing you would want and he is going to finish his career as one of the 10 greatest players ever."

Giannis will turn 28 this season and has already been included in NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team. He has two MVPs, a Defensive Player of the Year award and a Finals MVP. Not many can accomplish that, and Giannis has plenty of time left to build on that legacy.

Giannis Antetokoumpo carrying the Bucks in the absence of Khris Middleton

Giannis may be playing some of the best basketball of his career right now. The Bucks are currently undefeated so far this season with a 3-0 record. The "Greek Freak" is averaging 36.0 points, 13.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game so far this season.

The team is still without second offensive option Khris Middleton and it is impressive to see Giannis carry most of the load.

The next highest scorer on the team is Bobby Portis, who is averaging 14.7 points per game. Four-time All-Defensive team member Jrue Holiday has also looked good so far, averaging 13.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game.

Middleton is expected to miss the first few weeks of the regular season. Fans will hope the sharpshooter returns to the court soon so he can help the Bucks make another deep playoff run.

Giannis and the Bucks are up against Julius Randle and the New York Knicks on Oct. 29.
