The Golden State Warriors defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 134-125 on Tuesday at FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

Steph Curry led Golden State with 52 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and five steals. He shot 16-for-31, including 12-for-20 from the 3-point line. Jimmy Butler finished with 27 points, six rebounds and four assists on 7-for-11 shooting. The Warriors were perfect from the charity stripe in 28 attempts. Curry and Butler combined to shoot 20-for-20.

Draymond Green had 13 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists (4-for-12 shooting), while Moses Moody added 10 points and four rebounds.

Ja Morant led Memphis with 36 points and six assists. He shot 14-for-22, including 5-for-8 on 3-pointers. Jaren Jackson Jr. had 22 points and seven rebounds on 7-for-20 shooting. Desmond Bane finished with 19 points, four rebounds and five assists on 6-for-15 shooting (4-for-10 from downtown).

Santi Aldama added 18 points and six rebounds on 6-for-11 shooting off the bench, including 4-for-6 from beyond the arc. Zach Edey had 10 points and 16 boards, while Scotty Pippen Jr. scored 10 off the bench.

The match is crucial for both teams as they fight for position in the tight Western Conference playoff race. With the win, Golden State improved to 44-31 and moved to No. 5. Memphis (44-32) is sixth, half a game behind the Warriors.

The Warriors extended their winning streak to three games, while the Grizzlies are on a four-game losing skid. Memphis has lost seven of its past eight.
