How good is Jonathan Isaac when healthy?
Jonathan Isaac was drafted by the Magic with expectations that he'd have a big role in re-shaping their team. Selected sixth back in the 2017 NBA Draft, fans of the franchise saw his potential and anticipated his development. But even back in his rookie year, injuries have hindered his growth and development in the league.
Isaac only played 27 games for Orlando in his first season, even starting in ten of those games he played in. He was ruled out with a right ankle sprain and was assigned to the G-League during the latter part of his rookie season. Still, as a rookie, the Magic center was able to average 5.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.2 steals while shooting 34.8% from the three-point area.

With his availability, the 6-foot-11 center was able to play more minutes, which helped him increase his production on the floor. For 75 games, he averaged 9.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.1 assists while shooting 42.9% from the field and 32.3% from the three.
The 2019-20 season was his most recent campaign where he played more than 30 games. During that span, Isaac played 34 games where he averaged 11.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists. The Magic center also shot 47% from the field and 34% from the three-point area.
