"He does it all": Steph Curry's wife Ayesha Curry gushes over Team USA star making acting debut in comedy series
Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry will make his active debut soon and his wife, Ayesha, couldn't be prouder. Curry will star as himself in the new Peacock series "Mr. Throwback." Although he plays as himself, he still nails the lines given to him.
If there's someone in the Curry family who could give the Warriors star advice in acting, it should be Ayesha. She has already starred in her movie with former child actor Lindsay Lohan in "Irish Wish" early this year. She's also made a few cameos and guest appearances.
Steph's wife couldn't hide how happy she was with his new gig. Although the star guard has shown his acting chops in a few TV commercials, he'll be starring alongside other real actors this time. Ayesha shared the trailer of the show on her Instagram stories.
"He does it all you guys!" Ayesha posted.
The series will premiere on Aug. 1, and it will be a show that loyal Curry fans could check out. The four-time champion will star alongside Adam Pally, Ego Nwodim, Ayden Mayeri and more.

Which shows or movies has Steph Curry appeared in?
Over the years, Steph Curry's popularity helped him get cast in other shows as a guest. According to IMDb, the first guest appearance of Curry on a TV show was in "Family Guy." The two-time MVP played himself in the hit animated series in the 10th episode of the show's 15th season.
That wasn't his only participation in the animation department. Curry also lent his voice as himself in the 17th episode of the 28th season of The Simpsons.
The Warriors star also appeared in Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's hit TV HBO show "Ballers" in 2017. Curry was a guest on the first episode of the show's third season. The star guard wasn't alone as Ayesha was with him during his cameo in the show.
The legendary point guard also has experience in appearing in a music video. In the song "Stuck with U" by Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber, Steph Curry made an appearance with his wife. Other well-known personalities like Hailey Bieber, 2 Chainz, Michel Buble, Chance the Rapper and Lil Dicky were in the video.
The star guard has given his time in film production and has started Unanimous Media.
