The New York Knicks have proven to be worthy contenders this season. Despite their lack of star power on their roster, Julius Randle managed to climb his way back into stardom as he has consistently carried the Knicks all season long. Randle is currently averaging a double-double with 25.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game.

Randle's figures have helped the Knicks maintain a spot in the upcoming 2023 NBA Playoffs. New York is currently sitting as the sixth seed in the East with a 35-27 record. The team is now on a five-game winning streak thanks to the trio of RJ Barrett, Jalen Brunson, and Julius Randle.

Jalen and RJ may not be All-Stars, but their performances within the team have proven to be valuable to the knicks. Barrett is averaging 19.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. While Brunson is averaging 23.7 points, 6.2 assists, and 3.6 rebounds per game.

Aside from the deadly trio, the New York Knicks also have a solid bench that can take care of themselves once the team deploys their second unit. Josh Hart, who the Knicks recently acquired, immediately proved to be a valuable asset to the team. Hart scored an impressive 27 points accompanied by four rebounds, two assists, and one steal against the Brooklyn Nets in only his second game with the team.

Then there's Immanuel Quickley who is a very decent role player for New York. Quickley is currently putting up 12.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. To sum things up, the Knicks seem to be in good hands and could have a chance to make a deep playoff run if they can outplay the top four teams in the East this year.
