“I’m balling man” - Giannis Antetokounmpo issues a straightforward response when describing his solid form this season

Giannis Antetokounmpo is well aware of how remarkable he has been to start the season. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar is averaging 34.4 points, 14.0 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game, shooting 60.4% from the field.

Antetokounmpo straightforwardly described his form when talking to reporters after dropping another solid performance against the Atlanta Hawks in his last game, saying (via NBA on Twitter):

"I'm balling man."

Giannis Antetokounmpo's phenomenal run has helped the Milwaukee Bucks get a 5-0 start this year. Giannis dominated the Hawks in the last game, bagging 34 points and 17 rebounds, shooting 50% from the floor. The Bucks won the tie 123-115

Antetokounmpo's impact is proving to make a ton of difference for the Bucks, who are without All-Star forward Khris Middleton, one of their most impactful role players Pat Connaughton and offseason acquisition Joe Ingles, to begin the season.

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking scarier than ever already. Giannis Antetokounmpo's form has contributed to their success. They are the top-ranked team as per the NBA's defensive ratings and the third-best net rating (10.1).

Milwaukee Bucks' return to the finals could be inevitable with Giannis Antetokounmpo firing on all cylinders

Giannis Antetokounmpo is arguably the best player in the NBA. The "Greek Freak" has produced back-to-back MVP-caliber seasons since 2018, cementing his spot among the top players. There aren't many players who can be equally efficient at both ends of the floor as Antetokounmpo.

The two-time NBA MVP has it in him to produce wins single-handedly. On top of that, he has a solid supporting cast around him. With his presence on the roster and the Milwaukee Bucks' depth, an NBA Finals return for the 2021 champions seems inevitable.

They pushed the Boston Celtics to Game 7 without Khris Middleton in their conference semis contest last season. The Milwaukee Bucks are off to a 5-0 start in his absence this year, and the rest of the league should be worried. Their schedule wasn't that friendly, either, with the Bucks facing top teams like the Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets and Atlanta Hawks in their first five games.

All three teams were at full strength, making Milwaukee's run even more special. Many teams around the league struggle due to the absence of key players, but that's evidently not the case with Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Bucks.

They remain the only unbeaten team this season. It will be interesting to see how long the Milwaukee Bucks can continue with this run.
