Ice Cube's son claims Big 3 co-founder once 'yelled' at $30 million worth Frankie Muniz to take a charge at celebrity All-Star game
Aside from his acting career, Ice Cube's son is a big of basketball and the NBA. O'Shea Jackson Jr. recently revealed an old story of his dad going overboard during a celebrity All-Star game.
The hip-hop legend is known for being stern and aggressive in the movie roles he takes. Based on his son's recent comments, this might be part of his real-life personality.
Earlier this week, a post went viral on X (formerly Twitter) of Frankie Muniz and Nick Cannon in Golden State Warriors jerseys. After seeing this, Ice Cube's son claimed that his dad yelled at the former child star to take a charge during a celebrity All-Star game.
Muniz is most known for his early acting gigs like "Malcolm in the Middle" and "Big Fat Liar." As of 2024, his net worth sits around $30 million.
Despite being a big star in his younger days, Muniz has walked away from Hollywood to pursue a new passion. Last year, he began his journey as a NASCAR driver.
As for Ice Cube's son, he has followed in his father's footsteps as a songwriter and actor. Jackson Jr. famously portrayed his dad in the film "Straight Outta Compton."
Ice Cube's son shouts out BIG3 league in response to Dwight Howard
As most know, Ice Cube started his own basketball league to provide an alternative product to the NBA. Recently, O'Shea Jackson Jr. gave the "BIG3" league a shoutout when responding to a former All-Star.
Since his NBA career ended, Dwight Howard has built up a big following. He regularly makes posts sharing his thoughts on the league, along with jokingly trying to recruit players to join him overseas.
On Tuesday, Howard posted a simple question to basketball fans. He asked which was better, playing 3-on-3 or 5-on-5. Ice Cube's son ended up responding to this by saying the first option and then tagging his father's league.
The BIG3 is 3-on-3 basketball, and the league features an array of former NBA players. Among those who play include Michael Beasley, Corey Brewer, Joe Johnson and former NBA champion Jeff Teague.
Along with former players suiting up in this league, others have taken on different roles. This year, longtime guard Nick Young signed on to be a head coach.
Howard has opted to go a different route with his career, playing professionally overseas. At the age of 38, he is still working hard to have one last run in the NBA before calling it a career. He last played for the LA Lakers in 2022.
