In Photos: Dennis Rodman stuns onlookers with daring hairstyle as he leads stars at the Alexander Wang show in NYC

Dennis Rodman was one of the stars of Alexander Wang’s star-studded fashion show in New York City. The former Chicago Bulls legend was one of the biggest faces on the runway, which also saw rapper Ice Spice, American actress and model, Paris Jackson and singer Tinashe. Amidst all this, it was his hair that caught the most attention.

Rodman was seen walking in an all-black ensemble on the runway. He donned a black leather tracksuit with a black fur scarf, while he made an entrance on the runway. He rocked a hairstyle with metal silver spikes all over his head.

Dennis Rodman’s changing hair color is his tool to find freedom

Even after retiring from the NBA, Rodman widely remains famous for his ever-changing hairstyles. From the Blonde Bombshell and Rainbow Road to getting a Bulls logo, he kept changing his hairstyle throughout his career.

He once dyed his hair 33 to pay tribute to his Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen. His NYC hairstyle will just be another one added to the list.

Rodman told The Dallas Morning News, that he colored his hair because it made him feel free and it represented a different side of his own identity.

“Because it makes me feel free. It’s another side of Dennis Rodman, free, open. I’m finding out I’m going in the right direction. And I’m not hurting anybody.”

But it is not just that he is not hurting anybody. Rodman hurts himself a lot of times. He opened up that he has a fight within himself that hurts him.

“I hurt myself all the time,” he said. “I have a tough-man contest inside myself. Me and me go at it all the time. Ain’t nobody on the outside that give me any trouble after that.”

While Rodman represented an image of a “menace” on the court, there was a lot that was not discovered about one of the biggest dissenters in the league. He gave his sweat and blood on the court, but there was a desire to be free that kept calling Rodman and he is still following that call.
