Zaya Wade, the daughter of NBA legend Dwyane Wade, hails from a fashion-forward family. On Tuesday, Zaya posted pictures on her Instagram handle in an all-green ensemble and rocked the braids for the new look.

One of the things that stood out was her $1,126 [according to Farfetch] silver-colored Tory Burch shoulder bag. Posting the picture on her Instagram handle, Zaya captioned the post:

Dwyane Wade and daughter Zaya launch Translatable to support trans community

Dwyane Wade and his daughter Zaya launched Translatable, an online platform for the trans community.

Translatable will provide educational tools for the family and friends of trans youth as well as a safe space to express themselves. The online platform provides users with all the tools related to educating trans folks and their families.

According to Zaya, the digital platform is particularly designed for people of color. The platform has been created to put the family of the trans person of color at the center of the effort. The platform is a step towards supporting the overall growth of trans people and their mental health.

Moreover, according to the daughter of the NBA legend, the platform is designed to “ignite more conversations leading to greater understanding and acceptance.” The online platform is supported by the “Human Rights Campaign” and “The Trevor Project”.

When it comes to issues related to the trans community, Wade wasn't vocal initially. It was only through his daughter Zaya that he became more and more aware of the issues of the community.

Earlier in May, he was awarded the Elevate Prize Catalyst Award for his support for the trans community. He will use the $250,000 prize to support the trans community through Translatable.
